This is a Coopers Choice bottling of 19 year old single malt from Longmorn, a very handsome distillery which resides in the Speyside region. It was distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2015 after enjoying a finishing period in Madeira oak. This was bottled by the Vintage Malt Whisky Co. with an outturn of 320 bottles.
Honey'd malt and peaches. Polished oak and ginger, and a touch of red fruits.
Walnut loaf with butter. A touch of wine-like sweetness and liquorice.
More honey, and raisins very late on the finish.
