Description

This is a rich, sherried Longmorn from the Vintage Malt Whisky Company's Coopers Choice range. It was distilled in 1992 and aged for 18 years in hogshead number 48461 before bottling in 2011. Very good stuff.

Nose

Rich notes of dried peels and hints of gingerbread. Malty.

Palate

Malt core with notes of pepper and sherry. Hints of candied peel, dates and figs.

Finish

Rich, long finish with cooked fruit and spice.
