Single cask single malt from the Royal Lochnagar distillery, independently bottled by WM Cadenhead as part of their Authentic Collection. Indie Royal Lochnagar is indeed a rare sight... 264 bottles were produced, drawn from one bourbon hogshead.
Minty at first. Layers of caramel and honey, with a touch of tomato stem.
Dried peels, apple crumble, basil leaf and strawberry jam.
Lingering honey and waxy orange.
