Description
The Third Crop of Lochlea Ploughing Edition concludes the farm-to-cask distillery's impressive three-year series of seasonal limited-edition releases. These Ploughing Editions are the only whiskies in the series with a distinctive smoky profile thanks to exclusive maturation in 200-litre casks that previously held peated Islay whisky. A year on from the Second Crop, this single malt has taken on even more of that rich peat influence, resulting in the smokiest Lochlea whisky yet!

Nose
Fresh green apple, sweet toffee and comforting notes of signature Lochlea cereal.
Palate
More fresh fruit, giving way to wonderful savoury smoke and malted biscuits.
Finish
Moreish fresh coastal notes of sea salt and a long lingering hint of peat.
