Description

The third expression in a set of four seasonal limited-edition whiskies, Fallow Edition reflects the season of autumn when the fields are left fallow to rest after a busy harvest. This edition was matured in two different types of sherry cask, split 55% Pedro Ximénez and 45% oloroso.
