This is a Cooper's Choice bottling of Old Rhosdhu single malt, distilled by Loch Lomond back in 1994. It was aged in a bourbon cask for 25 years, before being bottled up with an outturn of 360 bottles.

Nose
Fresh pear and peach, with a hint of cut grass hiding in there too.
Palate
Fruity ginger and red chilli pepper, balanced by more fresh orchard fruits.
Finish
Resinous oak and floral barley.
