Bourbon
A single cask bottling of single grain from the Loch Lomond Distillery, release by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. as part of The Cooper's Choice range. It was distilled in November 1995 and aged in a bourbon cask for 24 years, before eventually being bottled 2020 with an outturn of 258 bottles.
Custard cream biscuits, buttery vanilla, and a hint of ripe pear.
More vanilla, with underlying hints of chocolate peanuts and almonds. A smidge of red berries.
Stewed fruit, cinnamon, and lingering honey.
