Single Malt
Scotland
1 Jan 1992
Peated single malt from the Loch Lomond distillery, released under the Inchmoan name (Loch Lomond are very adaptable and release a variety of styles of whisky under a menagerie of names). This particular bottling features whisky distilled back in 1992 and matured in bourbon barrels.
Vanilla and black pepper, shortly followed by a touch of TCP.
Medicinal and subtly earthy at points, soon enough joined by hints of baking spices and cookie dough.
Spicy smoke and yet more vanilla.
