Nose: Light and estery with pear, sherbert lemons and soft peaches, then sugared almonds, crystallised ginger, marzipan and a little herbal element.
Palate: The palate has a soft, creamy and sweet start, with vanilla syrup, butterscotch and plenty of tropical fruit, which then make way for a touch of drying spice and some blackberry compote.
Finish: Baking spices linger alongside hazelnut whip, more dark fruits and a final lick of vanilla.
