Lismore 8 Year Old Bottling Note

An 8 year old single malt Scotch whisky, bottled for the Lismore range. As ever with these Lismore whiskies, the distillery where this was produced remains a mystery...

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Apple fritters, caramel and a hint of floral malt.

Palate: Biscuit dough, white chocolate, a dollop of treacle.

Finish: Quite short, with a flash of vanilla and cashew.

A great budget buy.

This is a fantastic single malt scotch for the price. I couldn't believe the price. Apparently it's been bottled in an unknown location. If you're starting out in trying single malts for the first time then try this one first. I'm going to be buying the next one in the Lismore range. A 12 y.o. single malt.
