Those chaps behind the Lismore range don't like to give away any secrets about their whisky and its origin - all of their expressions come from undisclosed distilleries! This is a 10 year old expression, and once again, there's no clues as to who distilled it (though if you trust your whisky-tasting skills, you might be able to make an educated guess).
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Butterscotch, lightly toasted malt, a few generous handfuls of dried fruit.
Palate
Honey, apricot jam and fresh vanilla bean.
Finish
Light spices and cacao nibs.
