Independently bottled Linkwood, matured for 18 years! This was distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2015 after enjoying a finishing period in Madeira oak. 318 bottles were produced for The Coppers Choice range.
Apple pie, golden honey, ginger and a hint of malt.
Buttered toast, marmalade and juicy summer berries. Nutmeg spice on the mid palate.
Butterscotch and white pepper.
