30 year old single malt from the Linkwood Distillery in Speyside, independently bottled up for the Mackillop's Choice range. They've made a great choice here. The whisky was distilled back in December 1989, and it was aged in cask #6711 for three decades, before being bottled up in June 2020 with an outturn of only 221 bottles.
