Delicious single cask Linkwood from Duncan Taylor. This was distilled in 1989 and finished in a smaller Octave cask before bottling at natural cask strength.
Rose petal jelly and malt. A little apple peel, rich malt and digestive biscuits.
Nutmeg and sweet spices, apples and rich fruit, gingerbread and toasted barley.
Caramelised peels and malt.
Absolutely fabulous. No bitterness, just sweet sherrywood hints.
