Description

Fruit-forward Linkwood meets Tequila casks in this 19-year-old release from DS Tayman. The finishing period adds fresh agave character to the distillery’s elegant orchard fruit profile, joined by buttery pastry and gentle sweetness. It was bottled at a robust 55.6% ABV, without chill filtration or added colour.

Nose

Orchard fruits, with juicy greengages and ripe pears, followed by Danish pastries.

Palate

Caramelised stewed apples, rich butter pastry and a note of agave at the back.

Finish

A lingering fruit sweetness, pastry cream and a delicate Tequila-cask influence.
