A WM Cadenhead Small Batch bottling of 19 year old Linkwood single malt, aged in bourbon casks from 1997 to 2016. Yum. 270 bottles were produced.
Soft red berry and poached pear. Hints of orange peel and spring blossom.
More vanilla-y malt notes than the nose. Quite nutty too. Doesn't lose the orange sweetness.
Slightly peppery on the finish.
