This single malt was distilled at Linkwood in 2009 and filled into a first-fill sherry hogshead to mature. 15 years later, the cask was cracked open by Gordon & MacPhail, releasing 329 cask strength bottles in 2024 as part of the Connoisseurs Choice collection. A characterful dram, with notes of fruit cake, marzipan, sweet spices, and milk chocolate.
