Here we have a 15 year old single malt Scotch from Speyside distillers, Linkwood, finished in a first fill bual (a type sweet, dark Madeiran wine) hogshead for 25 months. It was bottled at cask strength by James Eadie in 2022, with only 316 bottles produced.
A touch of juicy cherries and plums, with toasted almonds, and oaky vanilla.
Floral honey, with spiced, poached orchards fruits, blackberries, and winter spices.
Clove and pepper build, with dried prunes.
