From Alistair Walker's Infrequent Flyers indie bottling series comes a Linkwood single malt, distilled back in 2006. It was bottled 14 years later, which included a finishing period in a virgin oak cask. Just 208 bottles were produced.

Nose
Gingerbread, melted butter and salted popcorn.
Palate
A good helping of oak spiciness arrives up front, mellowed by more vanilla.
Finish
Liquorice, peppery cedar and fried dough.
