Linkwood 13 Year Old - Wee Brother (Na Bràithrean)
One of two single malts from Linkwood to be bottled up by Na Bràithrean, and this one is the Wee Brother edition. Y'see, Na Bràithrean get a cask of whisky, split it in two (the whisky, not the cask – the team doesn't just go around chopping casks in half with their bare hands), and finish the two portions in different casks. The first one to be bottled is the Big Brother, the second one to be bottled is the Wee Brother. This one was given a finishing period in a rum quarter cask, imparting a helping of tangy, spicy, fruity notes.
