An indie Linkwood single malt Scotch whisky, independently bottled up by the Thompson Bros. after 13 years of maturation. A release of 636 bottles, each one featuring a swan on the label. Why? We are uncertain, but we think swans are pretty good, so we're not going to question it. If it was a goose, however...
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Ice cream cones, toasted marshmallow, and a smidge of oak resin.
Palate
Lots of vanilla notes, with a subtle touch of hay mixed in. Salted popcorn, almonds, honey.
Finish
Cooked fruit, peppery cedar, and more grassy hints.
