A 13 year old single malt Scotch whisky from the Linkwood Distillery, which has been independently bottled by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. This one aged in a single hogshead from 2008 to 2021, before eventually being bottled up with no chill-filtration.
Classic grassy and fruity Linkwood notes, plus hints of cookie dough developing.
Anise, subtle floral wafts, crunchy green apples, sponge cake.
More cakey deliciousness lingers on the finish.
