From The Red Cask Co. comes an independently bottled Linkwood single malt Scotch whisky, distilled back in 2008. It was partially matured in a first-fill sherry hogshead, and eventually bottled after 13 years at cask strength in 2021, with 249 bottles produced.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Damson, honeycomb, strong cinnamon and black pepper.

Palate: Chocolatey at first, but soon enough, dried fruit notes take control, with more of that cinnamon from the nose.

Finish: Nutty barley peeks out from behind prune and Christmas cake notes.
