If you love your indie Linkwood bottlings then you're in for a treat here! This single malt was distilled in 2008 and matured for 13 years, including time in a first fill sherry hogshead. In 2021, the cask was opened by The Red Cask Co., releasing an outturn of 269 bottles, at a cask strength of 58.8% ABV.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Apple strudel sprinkled with crunchy brown sugar and a dusting of cinnamon, rich oak with layers of sweet toasted nuts.

Palate: Sweet cocoa, baked orchard fruits, silky notes of floral honey, and cakey spice, with prickles of pepper slowly building.

Finish: Sticky ginger cake, dark chocolate, creamy oak with a bold and warming finish.
