A single cask bottling of Linkwood single malt, distilled back in 2007 and allowed to age for 13 years before being bottled in 2020. It was bottled by Hidden Spirits, and features a rather picturesque scene on the label, with a little pond and trees and everything.
Scones with cream and jam, butterscotch, dry barley, a hint of freshly-laundered linen.
Flaked almonds, caramel sauce, quite grassy and subtly herbaceous.
Honeycomb, cut grass again, stewed fruit, cassia.
