From Signatory’s 100 Proof Edition series comes this 12-year-old Linkwood, matured in a combination of first-fill and second-fill oloroso sherry butts. The higher bottling strength of 57.1% ABV (or 100 proof) highlights Linkwood’s elegant orchard fruit character while giving extra drive to the rich sherry notes.
Sultanas and baked apple with warm sherry sweetness and a little polished oak in support.
Stewed orchard fruits, soft toffee richness, and subtle nutty depth from the oloroso influence.
Baked apple, dried fruit, and a lingering sherry glow.
