Distilled back in September 2010, this single cask Linkwood was matured for 12 years in a recharred hogshead before James Eadie bottled the single malt in 2022 at a cask strength of 57.3% ABV. This one cask filled just 353 bottles.
Banana and toffee waffles, lemon curd, and baking spice.
Oak char and yellow fruit lead with vanilla and salted caramel in support.
Plenty more kitchen spices join the party.
