Distilled back in September 2010, this single cask Linkwood was matured for 12 years in a recharred hogshead before James Eadie bottled the single malt in 2022 at a cask strength of 57.3% ABV. This one cask filled just 353 bottles.
Nose: Banana and toffee waffles, lemon curd, and baking spice.
Palate: Oak char and yellow fruit lead with vanilla and salted caramel in support.
Finish: Plenty more kitchen spices join the party.
