A tasty Linkwood from wonderful indie bottler The Sipping Shed! Once distilled, the Speysider was left in a single bourbon hogshead for over a decade. At 11 years old, it was independently bottled at cask strength, 59% ABV, with an outturn of a limited 267 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Apricot jam, citrus boiled sweeties, Jelly Babies, dark berry coulis and fresh mint leaves.

Palate Apricot and pear, butterscotch and liquorice allsorts, with drying oak spice and a sprinkle of brown sugar.

Finish Fruity freshness fades alongside spicy oak.
