A single cask bottling of Linkwood's great single malt Scotch whisky, independently bottled up by Adelphi. This one was distilled back in 2010, and allowed to rest for 11 years, until 2021 rolled around and said cask was cracked open and drained of its whisky. A release of 323 bottles.
Crumpets with melted butter, cut grass, a drizzle of maple syrup.
Much more floral on the palate, though maple syrup sweetness remains at the core.
A burst of cooking spices and freshly-diced herbs.
