Distilled January 2009, this single cask Linkwood was matured for just over a decade, being drawn from a single recharred hogshead. At 11 years old, James Eadie bottled the single malt in 2020, with an outturn of 314 bottles at cask strength, weighing in at 58% ABV.
Cinnamon French toast, lemon sweeties and hints of banana milkshake.
Fresh apple skin and kitchen spices, with oak char and more ripe banana.
