A cask-finished Linkwood single malt here, which spent its first eight years in a hogshead, before it was re-racked into a Marsala wine barrique from Sicily! When it was 10 years old, Hannah Whisky Merchants bottled the Speysider for the Lady of the Glen series, releasing 265 bottles at cask strength.

Nose
Homemade berry jam, along with salted butter on toast.
Palate
Ripe stone fruit and sawdust, along with chocolate marble cake.
Finish
A drizzle of heather honey alongside both salted and caramelised nuts.
