Linkwood 10 Year Old 2010 (casks 310619, 310620 & 310621) - Small Batch (James Eadie)

Bottled by James Eadie for its Small Batch collection, this single malt was distilled at Linkwood in 2010 and filled into three re-charred hogsheads to rest. A decade later, in 2021, the casks were opened and an outturn of 1,182 bottles was released.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Buttered fruit loaf, zesty lemon sorbet with wafers, gentle, malty spice.

Palate

Citrus continues with an increase in herbal, vegetal grass, oily nuts, and honey.

Finish

Clove and anise prickle on the finish, with rich malt and tangy oak.
