This 20 year old, cask strength, single cask Linkwood was distilled in October 1990, and aged in cask 8323. This was bottled by Duncan Taylor in October 2011 and had an outturn of 260 bottles.
Nose Sherried peels, dates and walnuts. Mineralic, fruit juice, toasty barley, oak and nutmeg.
Palate Sweet, manuka honey, granary toast, black pepper and golden syrup.
Finish Apricots, malted barley and mixed peels.
