This six-year-old single malt from Lindores Abbey is brought to us by North Star Spirits as part of the independent Obscurities & Curiosities series. And curious it is! The whisky spent its time maturing in a peated Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, bringing subtle whispers of sea spray and caramelised sugar to the juicy orchard fruits at its core. Just 60 bottles were released in 2026.
