A rather retro-looking bottle of blended Scotch whisky, Glen Aln was created in 2018 to honour the original Glen Aln whisky produced in the 1950s through the Alnwick Rum Company. A blend of Scotch malt and grain whisky aged for at least nine years and aged in sherry casks, it makes a marvellous Whisky Mac.
Grain sweetness, apple blossom, dried fruit, and cinnamon rolls.
Roasted nuts, oily malt, and toasted kitchen spices.
Just a whisper of smoke, with peppery oak lingering.
