Description

Leiper's Fork in Tennessee follows a mash bill of 70% corn, 15% wheat, and 15% malted barley to make this bourbon. The whiskey is pot distilled and matured for five years before bottling at a hearty 50% ABV for a rich and robust profile packed with notes of butterscotch, maple, dried citrus, and sweet herbs.

Nose

Chocolate pralines, mellow old oak, fig rolls, woody, toasted spice.

Palate

Silky soft layers of butterscotch, backed by sweet herbs, dried orange peels, and some boozy red fruit.
