The Tobermory have steadily been releasing expressions of their peated single malts (under the Ledaig name) that have endured different varieties of Sherry finishes for a good little while - and we love 'em! Here's another addition to the range, which was matured for 13 years and treated to a finishing period in casks that previously held amontillado sherry.

Nose
Streaky bacon and honey-roasted ham crisps, honeydew melon, a hint of oak-y spice.
Palate
Thick caramel, salty smoke, peppercorn and baked orchard fruits.
Finish
A touch of fizzy oak lingers alongside orange peel and menthol.
