Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Buttered crumpets, citrus blossom, and floral tea lead to fragrant notes of cedar, dark berries, and tarry smoke.
Palate
A powerful array of zesty flamed citrus and charred peppercorns, vibrant, vegetal peat, and dense, woody smoke. There's a creaminess riding throughout, with waves of vanilla and lemon curd.
Finish
Buttery shortbread, polished oak, baked apples, fennel seeds. There's peppery heat and dense smoke, with sweet apricot and creamy malt holding on too.
