Salty sea breeze opens the way, with oily tar and a sprinkle of sweet cinnamon sugar.
Tarry, savoury peat smoke leads, with oily barley and toasted marzipan, backed by a touch of stone fruit.
Dense peat lingers, with earthy smoke, drying oak, and pebbly, coastal character.
