This one was aged for 15 years, allowing plenty of time for its flavour profile to develop and mature, before being bottled as part of The Stories of Wind & Wave range, which is a showcase of terrific Islay whiskies. Which this one is. It's marvellous, it's from Islay, and it's whisky, so it ticks all three boxes. Ideal!
