A 2015 vintage Laphroaig matured in a first-fill barrel and bottled at 52% ABV, slightly reduced to enhance fruit character while retaining the distillery’s unmistakable peat profile. Limited to 301 bottles, this is a classic Islay single malt with a balanced approach to strength and flavour.
Medicinal peat, iodine, seaweed, and bonfire smoke, with hints of citrus and sweetness beneath.
Dense peat smoke and brine, followed by camphor, ash, and a lift of fruit that softens the intensity.
Long and smoky, with lingering salt, tar, and medicinal notes.
