Wine Cask
A Swiss single malt that, after maturing in French Chardonnay casks, spent 14 months finishing in a Monbazillac wine cask. It picked up all that glorious sticky-wine character.
Rich with dried figs, cinnamon, and buttery biscuit, plus a whisper of toasted almond.
Forest honey, caramelised pear, and crème brûlée with a lick of spice.
Long, warming, and gently drying.
