An wonderfully well-Sherried Swiss single malt from the Langatun distillery, distilled in December 2011 and bottled 5 years later in August 2017 after 10 weeks in a first-fill Oloroso Sherry cask.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Brandied cherries and malt loaf, Shredded Wheat with milk and sugar.
Palate
Spicy oak comes through with a touch of black peppercorn and clove, though tempered with dark chocolate.
Finish
Surprisingly buttery on the finish, but still boasting ample Sherried sweetness.
