Nose
Honeycomb, fig and toasted vanilla pods. Particularly meaty malt sits at the core.
Palate
BBQ embers, ham, honey-roasted peanuts and a lingering hint of burnt sugar.
Finish
Long and rich with smoke, sea salt and sugared peels.
