Single Malt

A Distillers Edition bottling of Lagavulin single malt Scotch whisky, distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2014 following a finishing period in Pedro Ximénez casks. These Distillers Editions have proved very popular indeed, and with good reason - the Pedro Ximénez finish stands up nicely against the intense coastal qualities of Lagavulin's single malt. Definitely more than worth a go if you're big on your Islay whiskies.

Sweet, smoky with that medicinal after taste. Ticks all the boxes

Now my new favourite
Absolutely mind blowing!
Lagavulin is by far my favourite, and its reputation is second to none, the bottle l consumed (very slowly of course ) is batch lgv,4/503 and was so sublime my only complaint was l did not buy another at the time, not for everyone's palate, but for lovers of Islay malts this is a must and comes very recommended .
