Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Earthy peat, barrel char, poached pear, vegetal smoke, vanilla and star anise. Citrus develops. Stunning, powerful stuff.
Palate
Huge, peppered bacon, apple jelly and lemon curd on toast, spicy banana, fruity barbecue, dry vanilla.
Finish
Prominent peat goes on and on, spicy, tangy, 'big'.
