The Matsui Sakura Single Cask
Aged for five years in Sakura casks at the Kurayoshi distillery, this Japanese single malt emphasises delicacy and balance, enhanced by Mount Daisen spring water. Floral, softly sweet and gently spiced, it delivers something quietly distinctive.

Mint leaf, milk chocolate, cedarwood and soft floral tones.

Malt biscuits, honey, citrus peel, orchard fruit and subtle sakura blossom.
