Description
Koval bourbon is made in Chicago with 51% corn (the minimum required for a bourbon) with the rest of the mash bill being made up of millet. This unusual choice, used to make distilled spirits in Nepal, is gluten-free. The bourbon is also organic, unfiltered and single barrel.

Nose
Tropical fruits, vanilla and buttery custard.
Palate
Sweet and warming, orchard fruit, orange, buttery, milk chocolate, caramel.
Finish
Cask char and dried apricot tang.
