Port Finish
Distilled in 2013 and re-racked into a ruby Port hogshead in 2020, this single cask Knockdhu was matured for 11 years until bottling in October 2024 at 53.2% ABV. Just 300 bottles were filled at 53.2% ABV, natural colour, non-chill filtered, with concentrated berry sweetness from the Port cask.
Chocolate fudge, toffee apples, brown sugar, crème brûlée, cinnamon.
Sweet cinder toffee, black treacle, vanilla fudge, cocoa, black cherries, and ginger.
Plum skins, orange marmalade and drying oak.
